My name is Dalhia Campbell and I am an HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registered dietitian and full member of the British Dietetic Association.
I graduated from Queen Margaret University (formerly Queen Margaret College) in 1994, and have over 20 years experience in both the NHS and in the pharmaceutical nutrition industry. As well as being a mum to 2 boys, I work part time within the NHS and as a freelance dietitian, having set up my own freelance consultancy Food and Nutrition Central
Food and Nutrition Central is based just outside Perth and provides a service across Perthshire.
Dietitians are qualified and regulated health professionals that assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems at an individual and wider public-health level.
They use up-to-date public health and scientific research on food, health and disease which they translate into practical guidance to enable people to make appropriate lifestyle and food choices.
