Employee Health & Wellbeing
Healthy employees are a key part of a successful company. Research shows that a healthy team can improve productivity and reduce sickness absence. This is especially important for those employees who have a busy hectic schedule, are frequently on the road or are based within call centres.
As an accredited Work Ready Dietitian, I can deliver the BDA Work Ready Programme for your organisation.
The BDA Work Ready Programme offers a bespoke nutritional wellness programme tailored to your employees’ needs.
The programme offers a pick and mix approach meaning that you can choose the level of support required at the time that staff need it. The programme supports healthier working lives through dietitian-led wellness initiatives and has been developed based on the latest evidence and approaches.
Advice will be tailored to meet your wellbeing priorities and in line with guidance for any national award schemes the organisation is working towards. BDA Work Ready
I am delighted to share that the Work Ready workshops are now available as webinars to help support employee health, wellbeing and nutrition at this time. Please get in touch if you are interested or go to the BDA Work Ready Website.

At this time, I am unable to deliver face to face training.
Many elements of training can be delivered via a webinar. This allows you and your colleagues to learn from the comfort of your home. If you are interested in training via a webinar, or wish to learn more, please drop me an email and I would be delighted to discuss this further.
At this time, I am only able to offer a virtual consultation if you are seeking dietetic advice. Talking remotely via video is more personal than a phone call and is becoming our new normal!. As a healthcare professional it allows me to offer a similar experience to clients, I am able to share useful information and help support you in reaching your goals.
During a private consultation, similar to face to face, we would discuss current dietary intake and lifestyle, dietary goals and work together to meet agreed outcomes.
Please get in touch if you would like to know more.
