I have a BSc Honours degree in dietetics, I qualified in 1994, so have coming up to 30 years experience as a dietitian. I have worked in both in the NHS, in Industry and as a freelance dietitian.
I am a mum to 2 boys, and currently I work part time within the NHS and as a freelance dietitian, having set up my own freelance consultancy Food and Nutrition Central a little over 15 years ago.
As a dietitian I am a nutrition expert; ideally placed to translate the complex science of nutrition and explain this in a practical meaningful way to help improve your health. I aim to empower and facilitate positive changes in food choices through education and understanding of what matters to you.
I am a member of the British Dietetic Association and registered with the HCPC (Health & Care Professions Council). I am an accredited Work Ready Dietitian and have a passionate interest in employee health and wellbeing.

The term dietitian is a protected title and as such, a dietitian is qualified to at least degree level in dietetics (or related degree with a post graduate diploma in dietetics).
