Employee Health and wellbeing
Bespoke wellbeing solutions that improve employee health and productivity

Healthy employees are a key part of a successful company. Research shows that a healthy team can improve productivity and reduce sickness absence. This is especially important for those employees who have a busy hectic schedule, are frequently on the road or sitting at desks or shift workers. Understanding the impact of good nutrition has a significant role to play.
As an accredited Work Ready Dietitian, I can deliver the BDA Work Ready Programme for your organisation. The BDA Work Ready Programme offers a bespoke nutritional wellness programme tailored to your employees’ needs.
The programme offers a pick and mix approach meaning that you can choose the level of support required at the time that staff need it. This may be through webinars; face to face educational sessions or health days and tasting tables
The programme supports healthier working lives through dietitian-led wellness initiatives and has been developed based on the latest evidence and approaches.
Advice will be tailored to meet your wellbeing priorities and in line with guidance for any national award schemes the organisation is working towards.
